Under Dr.Aurelio’s coordination the operational team for civil engineer came to present the result of their working in the field as quick responding to identify and observe an available accommodation for further responding on demanding of quarantine. The responding to result of more people come from abroad in related to COVID 19. Then, the accommodation finder make sure quarantine facility is up to date to accumulate more people coming into the country. Thus, based on the team identifying and observing presenting a couple of options in the Operational Room.

1. HE’RA
·Result Observation – 60room ready for using – in details 56 room identify as one room for 4 people then the total will be 56 * 4 = 224 people
·4 room for 2 People then 4 * 2 = 8 people
·The total people can go to use the place is 232 people.
The observation condition of place;
·3 level building
·Lighting needed to do maintenance
·Water required to fix the pipe line and water pump, the problem mainly in joiner issue, it need to fix it!
The Solution
· The rapid team discuss to ADN then the outcome ADN ask the company who build the place to do the maintenance
· The company want to do it and fixing the problems. However, there is other option the Rapid Team suggest that for the issue of water the new installation for water tank in the building could be done as soon as possible.
Other alternative
· We need to fix the broken joiner for water pump!
·The school building is as the second alternative the building is ready to use but we just need to buy bed.
2.Tasi – Tolu
Objective target
·The room for 450 people on one side building
·The target total in Tasi-Tolu is for 1000 people
Problem finding;
· The place needed to do minor maintenance, such as the place need to install new air conditioning.
To conclude
The final result to identify priority location right now as an urgent matter then the result of checking the place and the team have to identify calculating the price/price estimations. Then the team will continue to do monitoring then the team will present their result as again as soon as possible so for the actions is starting now.

Answer: It is all depending on the company and the paper work will give to the company to start the job, as an authorizations paper or contract paper! Then the team will start giving the instruction as soon as possible.

·The worse scenario shutdown the border and all incoming flight weekly or daily so giving as time for preparing our self to prepare the accommodations to keep the people in the quarantine otherwise we will have not enough Hotel’s room to accommodate many people for quarantine.

· Agreed! To shut down the border then we need to inform to Prime Minister on this case as soon as possible.
· If we open the border then every week we need to receive around 100 people then we need to prepare the room accordingly as well.
· We need actions as soon as possible.
· We need to have direction paper work and it is not only verbal discussion but we need to have paper work.

Yesterday’s observation; Dra>Veigas has given the task to village’s leader (Chefi Suco) to organize to move people from the building. On the other hand, we still have two places available right now to fix in LAHANE. However, the priority right now is in TASI TOLU.
